Greetings Friends,
Last week as my dogs and I were on one of our pre-sunrise walks, I felt a chill in the air. Fall's a coming and it reminds me that change is truly our only constant. Especially in an election year. And while we can view it with trepidation, how much more beneficial would it be if we could just hop aboard and experience the ride.
In this month’s newsletter I’m thrilled to introduce you to a wonderful realtor who services Miami and greater South Florida, share some insights on why homebuyers deserve top notch representation, and present a first look at a beautiful new listing in North Carolina. Yeah, you read that right. The Crystal Coast!

The South Florida Relocator: Meet Spencer Bodian
I met Spencer Bodian last year and was impressed by his ability to move quickly and decisively in finding solutions that help his clients win. With a background in real estate development, Spencer brings hands-on investing knowledge and a deep desire to provide exceptional service to each and every client he works with.
You can meet him in the short video below and if you are looking at South Florida for purchase or investment purposes, I’d be thrilled to make an introduction.
The New Real Estate Rules
As you may have read, the rules of Real Estate have recently changed. For Buyers who choose to work with an agent, you are now mandated to sign a Representation Agreement. The agreement can either be non-exclusive, on a property-by-property basis or it can be exclusive for a period of up to 3 months.
You may find yourself asking, why do I want to make that commitment?
Here are 5 ways your representative will add value when you are ready to begin your search.
Scene In LA
One of the realities of living in Los Angeles is finding yourself walking or driving through a neighborhood that looks familiar and then realizing its familiarity is because it was also a film location. As a realtor, when I'm watching a film I'm always wondering if it's a real home, and if so, where is it located.
This month features two iconic films shot on some very suburban locations at opposite ends of the city - Granada Hills and View Park-Windsor Hills.
I'm curious. Have you ever been contacted by a location manager interested in filming in your home?
