Back in the day, I loved that first week of school. Hot take: summer - after 10 long weeks of carefree adventures and unsupervised shenanigans - just got old. And the thought of being reintroduced to structured routines and… well, who am I kidding, rapidly maturing female classmates was welcomed happily.

Smarter Objectives Create Better Results
In real estate, most people will tell you the objective is to get “the best price in the shortest amount of time.” And while I can’t argue against it (who would want the opposite), as an objective I think it’s completely meaningless.
I prefer we focus our efforts on developing smarter objectives like maximizing buyer traffic and minimizing seller risk, both of which allow you to better influence the outcome. And, coincidentally, if you are successful in achieving those objectives you will most certainly get the best price in the shortest amount of time.
