Beverly Hills

Beverly Hills may be world famous as the home of movie stars, but to its 34,000 residents it's still just a sleepy little town.

Welcome to Beverly Hills

They say that there are almost 1,000 different neighborhoods in LA, and as a native Angeleno, I've lived, worked, and played in many of them. Now, as a Realtor®, I'm highlighting some of my favorites to help you explore my beautiful city and find the right home in the right neighborhood, wherever that may be. Today, I'm in Beverly Hills.

After a failed attempt to find oil on the land in the early 1900s, present-day Beverly Hills was subdivided into lots. It wasn’t long before the city would contain one of the most famous zip codes in the world, attracting the town’s most elite actors, actresses, and businessmen. Despite its name, Beverly Hills is most built on flat land and unofficially divided into North and South by Santa Monica Boulevard.
